Catriona founded Linco in 2023 and led its transition into the Connect Group in 2025. She leads the Linco team in Scotland and serves on the Connect Group Board.

 

Catriona brings extensive political experience from senior roles in Holyrood, Brussels and Westminster. In 2015, she was appointed Head of Communications for the SNP in the UK Parliament, where she established and ran the party’s Westminster press office during its time as the third-largest party in the House of Commons. She later became Chief of Staff to the SNP Westminster Leader. Returning to Scotland, Catriona served as a Special Adviser to the First Minister in the Scottish Government.

 

Catriona is a graduate of the University of Glasgow and the University of Sydney and is a Trustee of The David Hume Institute.
