Fraser was Head of Communications and Research for the SNP in the Scottish Parliament, where he led a large, multidisciplinary team and provided trusted counsel to senior politicians for the party of government.

 

With more than a decade of experience across both Holyrood and Westminster, he has led major political campaigns and communications strategies on media, policy positioning, and reputation management, including serving as the SNP’s broadcast media lead at Westminster.
