Rob Fraser

Rob is an experienced public affairs consultant who has worked with organisations to develop impactful engagement strategies and award-winning campaigns. He has supported clients across sectors including health, education and energy, successfully influencing policy and helping organisations of all sizes to build their profile and influence. 

Rob spent three years working in the Connect Group’s London office before moving back to Scotland to join Linco full-time in 2025. Prior to joining the Connect Group, Rob worked in graduate roles at Tesco. He is a member of the Association for Scottish Public Affairs (ASPA) Committee and previously sat on the PRCA NextGen Committee.
